Abdulaziz Yari, has said his All Progressives Congress (APC) have accepted the apex court’s ruling, adding it is the will of God.
In a statement by Yari’s media adviser, Ibrahim Dosara, the governor said the party and its supporters in the state “have done everything possible to ensure APC did not lose Zamfara state but as Allah wanted, the party lost the state.”
the statement titled:“WE ACCEPT SUPREME COURT VERDICT ” was made by Yari while addressing a gathering of the APC at the Government House Gusau.
Yari who urged all members of the party as well as other citizens of the state to remain calm, peaceful and law abiding also directed security agencies in the state to be more vigilant to ensure adequate protection of lives and property of the people in the state.
