Former Governor of Ogun State and lawmaker representing Ogun Central senatorial district at the upper chamber, Senator Ibikunle Amosun has appealed to the nation’s youths to be civil in their agitation on the EndSARS protests.
He made the appeal while speaking with journalists in Ibadan during a condolence visit to governor Seyi Makinde on the demise of his mother, Madam Abigail Makinde .
Senator Amosun who expressed his support for youths on the protest however regretted the violence which erupted in various parts of the country on the EndSARS protests.
Senator Amosun therefore urged Federal government to speed up implementation of EndSARS agenda as promised and its other lofty policies and programmes geared towards engaging the youths meaningfully as an idle mind is the devil’s workshop.
