Don Jazzy, chief executive officer of Mavin Records, has announced the signing of a new artist to the record label.

The multi-talented producer, whose real name is Michael Collins, took to his verified social media pages to unveil Rema as the newest member of one of Africa’s leading music labels on Friday, March 22, 2019.

“Today another Mavin is Activated. Mavin/Jonzing is excited to present the newest MAVIN @HeIsREMA. Rema is a super talented young artist I have no doubt is going to be the future of Afrobeats,” Don Jazzy wrote.

The announcement comes on the back of a recent multimillion-dollar investment in Mavin Records by Kupanda Holdings, a global private equity firm.

Rema’s unveiling was instantly followed by the release of the video to his introductory single, ‘Iron Man.’

It is understood that the 18-year-old upcoming artist have been some how linked with the record label before his official unveiling on Friday.

Remi is expected to join the likes of Tiwa Savage, Korede Bello, D’ija, Dr Sid, D’Prince, Poe, Johnny Drille and DNA twins, who are on Mavin roaster.

Restoration Marketing Pros 104 Main St Bloomsburg, PA 17815 (904) 657-4138 Your go to pros for exclusive restoration leads Arnold Baker Founder Of Restoration Marketing Pros – Generating exclusive, hyper targeted water damage leads (live calls) for over a decade! A Proven System for Getting More Water Damage Calls and Customers Wondering why your phone is not ringing with the right kind of water damage calls? A restoration business lives or dies based on how many good, qualified water damage leads it receives each week. No matter how skilled your crew is, you cannot grow without a consistent pipeline of people who urgently need water mitigation help. That is why so many restoration business owners look for reliable ways to buy or generate water damage leads. The problem is that many common lead sources simply are not built for your profitability. Big-name aggregators often sell shared leads to several local companies at once. When you are racing against several competitors for the same job, your profit margin gets cut before you even step on site. The smarter strategy is to shift from shared leads to exclusive leads that are delivered only to you. An exclusive lead is sent to one contractor, not a crowd of them. In practical terms, exclusive leads allow you to charge what the job is actually worth and still win more often. Among all types of leads, live transfer calls are the highest-intent for restoration work. A live transfer is a pre-qualified homeowner or property manager on the phone right now, actively looking for help. Rather than hunting for work, you are simply picking up the phone when the right kind of customer is sent your way. Speed matters more in restoration than in almost any other local service industry. A homeowner with a burst pipe is not spending the weekend comparing quotes; they are frantically searching for someone to solve the problem right now. That is why live, exclusive phone calls are so powerful: they connect you with that customer at exactly the right moment. To consistently generate those kinds of leads, you need the right marketing and lead generation partner or system. Many agencies lump restoration in with roofers, plumbers, or HVAC companies and completely miss the urgency factor. You should look for a team or platform that lives and breathes property damage restoration marketing. While buying exclusive leads is powerful, you still want to invest in your own brand and visibility for long-term stability. SEO is what gets your website in front of people who are actively Googling emergency water damage help in your area. With PPC and LSA, you can appear at the very top of Google and generate emergency calls almost immediately. Your online reviews and reputation act as the trust signal that convinces people to call you instead of your competitors. When you combine exclusive leads, smart paid ads, strong SEO, and great reviews, you build a powerful client acquisition engine. You are no longer guessing where your next job will come from; you can measure and adjust your lead flow with confidence. That is the path from being “just another contractor” to becoming the go-to restoration company in your market.
