… Makes case for co-investors to invest in Abia .

A leading investor and Managing Director Checkbest International limited, developers of Enyimba Mall Outlet Shops, a real estate commercial venture, Mr. Chiedozie Njoku has lauded Governor Okezie Ikpeazu for creating conducive business environment in the State.

Njoku was speaking at his office in Aba while interacting with news men.   He said that the governor has done very well, “Before I came in and started living in Aba, the kind of stories we used to hear was not very pleasant. Sometimes you hear that you don’t have access road to come into Aba. In the last couple of years I can boldly say that the present administration has really done a whole lot.   In terms of the road network, he has actually opened up a whole lot of access road everywhere, he has made it quite easy and convenient for people like us who are into real estate development for people to have access into what we are trying to do.”

Njoku emphasized that governor Ikpeazu’s efforts to create an enabling environment for businesses to thrive in Aba is working.  The MD of Enyimba Mall Outlet Shops made a case for his co-investors to come to Aba and invest.  According to him, Abia State is as good as any other place in the world in terms of what it takes to do business.   He said, “Whatever you are going to face in Abia state is the same thing you would face in any other place in the world but because we have the mindset that nothing happens in Aba, people approach the state from a very negative point of view”.  Njoku urge prospective investors to “leave the false negative impression created basically on social media.   He said that he had to engage one of the critics himself and disproved this false claims personally, explaining that, “One of them was what happened sometime in December. Somebody was saying that Osusu Road wasn’t passable, showed some pictures. I actually drove to Osusu Road and do a live video call.
