Assassin Adeola Williams Now in Police Custody

Police authorities have arrested one Adeola Williams aka Ade Lawyer, the most notorious assassin in the South-west and MrRafiuOlorunwaAkanni aka Olorunwa former Lagos NURTW chairman.

Police said that Adeola Williams was hired as an assassin was arrested after the death of his last victim, which also led to the recovery of an AK47 rifle allegedly used for the Murders.

“On February 14, sequel to the assassination of one GaniyuAyinla, personal assistant to one AzeezAdekunleLawal in Lagos Island on January 23, massive manhunt for Adeola Williams aka Ade Lawyer 39years, native of Isasi Village Ijebu Ode LGA Ogun State was launched on the directives of the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim K Idris.

“Eventually on February 14, the professional assassin who has being on the Nigerian Police most wanted list for over five years was arrested in his newly rented house in Akure Ondo State by IRT operatives.

“Suspect immediately confessed to the assassination of GaniyuAyinla in Lagos State and numerous assassinations in the South west Nigeria. He further confessed that one RafiuOlorunwaAkanni, former chairman of NURTW Lagos State hired him to assassinate one AzeezAdekunleLawal for N1.5 million, and was paid N500,000 as advance payment and the 1 million to be paid after the assassination was done.

Police said that unfortunately the alleged assassin mistakenly killed the personal assistant to their target, Mr. GaniyuAyinla while their actual target AzeezAdekunleLawal who was in the same car with the late Ganiyu miraculously escaped with bullet wounds.

The suspect, the police said, stated that one RafiuOlorunwaAkanni who hired them for the job refused to give them the balance of their N1 million because they killed the personal assistant of the main target he sent them for, hence Adeola Williams aka Ade Lawyer traced the driver of MrOlorunwa and confiscated his black Hyundai SUV from the driver and called MrOlorunwa that, they will only release his SUV after he paid them the N1 million balance as they needed to escape until the heat comes down as two of his boys were already arrested by the police.

“He further confessed that MrOlorunwa has been calling him to be very careful and hide very well as his members have been arrested. He also mentioned many other victims he assassinated in the past, which includes one Hamburger a Union chairman in Oshodi Lagos, one Baba JideDosumu Aka Mados in Ebute Meta Lagos, one Salawe in Ajah Lagos, GaniyuAsaro and four others in Badore area of Lagos, where he said he spread bullets in their car and killed the five occupants.

“MrRafiuOlorunwaAkanni 51 years aka Olorunwa, former NURTW boss Lagos State indicted by the assassin was equally arrested in Ebute Meta area of Lagos by IRT Operatives.

“The assassin’s gang leader, Ade Lawyer led IRT Operatives to a house in Ehin Grammar School area in Ibadan where the AK47 rifle with S/no 3501357 and two magazines he used for all his assassinations were recovered,” Police said, stating that there’s serious effort to arrest the remaining gang members now at large.
