The All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) invites qualified local and international media professionals to apply for official media accreditation to cover key events of the 9th edition of AFRIMA, scheduled to hold from January 7-11, 2026, in Lagos, Nigeria.
Accredited media organisations and professionals will have access to approved AFRIMA events, press activities, and designated media zones, subject to approval.

9th AFRIMA Music Village Date: Friday, 9 January 2026 Location: Ikeja City Mall, Alausa, Lagos, Nigeria
9th AFRIMA Main Awards Ceremony Date: Sunday, 11 January 2026 Location: Eko Convention Centre, Eko Hotels & Suites, Lagos, Nigeria
Who Can Apply
Print, Broadcast, and Digital Media, Television and Radio Stations, Newspapers and Magazines, Online Media Platforms and Blogs, Photographers, Videographers, and Freelancers (with assignment letter), Accreditation Requirements For Local Media Applicants, Completed online registration form, Valid press ID and Media organization or platform details
For International Media Applicants, Completed online registration form, Valid international passport and Valid press ID
Please note that international applicants are responsible for their own visas, travel, accommodation, and insurance arrangements.
The Media accreditation is subject to approval as Media badges are strictly non-transferable. Incomplete or late applications may not be considered while AFRIMA reserves the right to approve or decline any application
To apply, interested media professionals should complete the online media registration form at https://afrima.org/9th-afrima-awards-media-registration/and upload all required documents before the deadline. Approved applicants will be notified via email.
