Thanks for the interesting things you have discovered in your text. One thing I would like to comment on is that FSBO interactions are built over time. By presenting yourself to the owners the first saturday and sunday their FSBO is definitely announced, prior to masses start off calling on Thursday, you create a good network. By sending them equipment, educational components, free reports, and forms, you become a strong ally. If you take a personal desire for them as well as their circumstance, you develop a solid relationship that, many times, pays off in the event the owners decide to go with an adviser they know along with trust – preferably you actually.
