In the build up to the 2023 presidential election, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has taken his campaign to the United States (U.S.).With him are former Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki; Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, former Aviation Minister, Osita Chidoka, former Governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha, Senator Dino Melaye, Ndidi Elumelu, and others.Atiku is in U.S. to intensify his political campaigns and meet Nigerians.
He will also address members of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.The invitation letter to address the group of American businessmen was sent to him by the Executive Director, Dr. Guevera Yao.
Atiku will address the businessmen at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s U.S.-Africa headquarters in Washington D.C. on Tuesday November 1.The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the largest business advocacy organisation in the world operating in all 50 states in the U.S. and over 100 countries to promote free enterprise and advance American trade and investment globally.The PDP presidential candidate will also meet with top Nigerian business leaders based in the U.S., as well as young Nigerian professionals in the diaspora.
