The Federal Government says it will take action on the closure of shops owned by Nigerian traders in Ghana
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffery Onyeama, made this known via his Twitter handle on Monday morning.
Mr Onyeama was reacting to viral videos on social media which showed shops of Nigerian traders in Ghana being locked up by Ghanaian authorities.
”Nigerian Government has watched with dismay the painful videos of the forceful closure of the shops of Nigerian traders in #Ghana. Urgent steps will be taken,” the Minister tweeted.
