A high court in Birnin Kebbi led by Justice Bunza has ordered one Sanusi geza and lawal Soda to close their vigilante offices in Birnin Kebbi and henceforth stop parading themselves as the genuine state vigilante commanders in Kebbi.
The court verdict came after the duo sued Muhammadu Lawal Augie challenging his being the state commander of the vigilante group of Nigeria in Kebbi State but the judge having gone through the judgement submitted to the court from lawal Augie from a Kaduna court where his side won based on no case submission as the one was sued from Sanusi geza side one Ali sakwato is now deceased, the Kaduna court in her ruling said since it was his person that was sued and not vigilante group and he is now dead, the ABM Umar the retired Navy captain be installed as the subtaintive commander General of vigilante group of Nigeria and not Usman Jahun who was the secretary to the late Ali sakwato that is now parading himself as the new commander general.
Augie added that, the two are still operating illegally in the state after they have appealed justice Bunza ruling on the matter at the federal high court in Sokoto the case he maitained is still being determined by the court, back in the state Lawal said he has since been giving a letter of recognition that was signed by the secretary to the state government ( SSG) Babale Umar.
He explained that, since the ruling of Kaduna court their legal boss ABM Umar has ordered them to continue to operate in the state as the authentic vigilante group in Kebbi State.

As Christmas and new year celebrations closes in, he said already the state command of vigilante had drafted officers and men to all the churches in the state to ensure a hitch free celebrations in the state.
