Ex- Envoy condemned the killing of two Ekiti state traditional rulers               

A two term Nigeria Ambassador to Hungary and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Her Excellency (Dr) Eniola Ajayi has condemned the ambushed and murdered two Ekiti Obas.

The incident happened on Monday along the highway at Oke Ako in  ikole-Ekiti. The Iyin- Ekiti born diplomat commiserate with the families of the slain Obas ,the Elesun of Esun in Ikole local government, Oba Babatunde Ogunsakin and his counterpart in Imojo, Ekiti Oye local government, Oba Olatunde Olusola.

She said this in a statement made available to newsmen on Friday. Dr Ajayi also sympathises with the Ekiti State Council of Traditional rulers on the sad incident.

While calling for a speedy and deeper investigation on the tragic occurrence. Amb. Dr.Ajayi commended Gov. Oyebanji,  for his quick reaction on the unfortunate incident, which could have led to a breakdown of law and order in the State.

 She also prays that the souls of the Obas will rest in peace and that God will comfort their families, communities, and all of us they left behind to mourn their passing.

Ambassador Eniola Ajayi also called on the citizens of Ekiti state and Nigeria at large to pray fervently for release  of the kidnapped school children in Emure Ekiti
