Our correspondent who monitored the events in the state gathered that only a few independent marketets were selling the products with a very long line.
Apart from the NNPC mega station, and few others, some other filling stations which dispensed the product were selling a litre between 200 and 230 naira.
Some of the motorists who spoke with our correspondent lamented the continue scarcity of the product in the state, while calling on government to do whatever it can to bring situation under control.
Mr Haruna Abdulazeez, who said he has spent about five hours on que to buy fuel which according to him was disappointing.
“Imagine someone being on this line for five hours and yet to get fuel. I even go round to get black market which they said four litre gallon is 2,000 naira, but unfortunately I can’t see to buy.
“”This is uncalled for, to get the money at this period is hard, now one will have to spend beyond his expectations to get fuel.
