Peter Obi of Labour Party has filed his case against the declaration of Bola Tinubu of APC as the winner of the controversial 2023 Presidential elections. He prayed the court to disqualify Tinubu and Shettima over their qualification yo contest, want the court to declare him the winner, scoring the highest valid votes, after carefully inspected election infractions and falsification of results in favour of APC. In his prayers, he want the court to nulify the election if the legal threshold is not met and a new election conducted – APC are serious angry with this new development and will react aggressively soon

Presently, Tinubu’s PCC have started changing tone of their messages, at least for now, to, “election is over, let the healing begin”. They didn’t condemn the sponsored tribal inciting propaganda that has led to people’s death in Lagos because they were or looked like Igbo. They blame Peter Obi for the tribal politics they are propagating.
