A Facebook User, identified as Apata Emmanuel has come out on social media to tender an unreserved apology to a popular motivational speaker and writer, Mr Arthur Judah Angel over a defaming story he wrote about him which referred to the speaker as a repented armed robber.

Apata who has realized his mistake and the damage he has done to the reputation of the man of God, Arthur Judah Angel and his family, has tendered his apology and also asked NairaLand, the media outfit that lifted the story from his Facebook page without his consent, to also apologize to Mr Angel.

His Apology post reads:

Please to all my followers on Facebook. THE UGLY MISTAKE

I have realized that the story of Arthur Judah Angel I published on my Facebook wall is not TRUE. Arthur Judah Angel was never an armed robber. Arthur Judah Angel went to prison on trumped-up charges and suffered for what he did not do. I regret the damage I have done to his name and am truly sorry for the dent I have cost his family. I want to as well use this medium to inform the media site that lifted the story from my wall without my permission and knowledge to write to Mr Arthur Judah Angel to apologize, as well publish my apology. I ask for forgiveness from my heart, I made a costly mistake, I am truly sorry.
