The Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Alumni Association (MAPALUM) has extended warm Eid-al-Adha greetings to its Muslim members and the entire Muslim Ummah, urging them to embrace the core values of compassion, sacrifice, and renewed commitment to community development.
In a goodwill message marking the annual Islamic celebration, the National President of the association, Alhaji Ayinde Soaga, called on alumni to reflect on the lessons of Eid and translate them into meaningful contributions within their families, workplaces, and broader society.
“Eid-al-Adha is a profound reminder that the strength of any community lies in our willingness to give, to serve, and to stand together in love and sacrifice. As proud MAPOLY alumni, let us translate the lessons of this season into positive action in our society,” he said.
Alhaji Soaga emphasized that the festival, which commemorates faith, obedience, and selflessness, offers an opportunity to reinforce the values that bind communities together. He urged all alumni to embrace the spirit of giving and mutual support, particularly in these challenging times.
MAPALUM reaffirmed its commitment to fostering unity and collaboration among its members while promoting the ideals of nation-building and social responsibility.
As Muslims across the globe observe the festival, the association wished them a peaceful and joyous Eid celebration.
