The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has announced it will resume its suspended strike action in Kaduna State.
NLC President Ayuba Wabba made the announcement during a press conference after an emergency National Executive Council meeting of the congress in Abuja on Tuesday.
He accused Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai of not keeping to his part of the agreement brokered by the Federal Government between the union and the state government.
Wabba directed the State council of the NLC and affiliate unions to mobilise for action.
El-Rufai had declared the NLC president wanted for grounding activities in the state to a halt in the earlier strike action over the mass sack of civil servants in the state.
