Sokoto PDP Campaign Trains Storm Silame, Wamakko

The Gubernatorial campaign train of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Sokoto State on Sunday storms Silame and Wamakko local governments to canvass for votes ahead of 2023 general elections.
Speaking while addressing party supporters in Silame local government, the state governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, urged them to cast for PDP to ensure continuation of good governance.
Tambuwal assured that a vote for PDP candidates is a vote against insecurity and unemployment.
He assured that the government of Atiku Abubakar as president of the country will work to improve the living standard of Nigerians irrespective of their political or ethnic affiliation.
Meanwhile, residents of Wamakko local government has assured Tambuwal led PDP administration in the state to vote for all the candidates of the party.
Speaking on behalf the resident, a decampee from the APC, Zayyanu Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, said he decided to led his members to the PDP based on the positive achievement recorded by the Tambuwal administration.
He commend the governor for his developmental projects in the state, saying Tambuwal has redefined government in the history of the state.
He however assured the governor that he will ensure the victory of the party across Wamakko local government in 2023 general elections.
