2023: Nigeria Needs Competent Leader Like Saraki – Agbo

The former chairman of People Democratic party (PDP) in Benue State Dr Emmanuel Agbo said Nigeria is in emergency situation that need a competent leader like former Senate president, Bukola Saraki, to rescue it.

Agbo who is the chairman of technical committee of Abubakar  Bukola  Saraki campaign organisation stated this in Sokoto on Monday at the PDP Secretariat in the state.

He said the team were in Sokoto to meet with PDP family to solicit their support for the presidential ambition of senator Bukola Saraki because he has what it takes to salvage the situation.

The former chairman further noted that though their son, Sokoto State governor,, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal is also nursing ambition to contest stressing that both Tambuwal and Saraki has what it take to lead the country.

” Tambuwal as a lawyer, former speaker of house of representative and also a governor is most qualified he said .

“Saraki on the other hand a medical doctor, former Governor  and Senate president will rescue Nigeria from this present situation he added.

Agbo maintained that Nigerians have never divided along political, ethno relgious as is it now.

He further explained that Nigerians.elected Buhari who is from the North thinking he has capacity to lead the nation but saying Buhari has failed the nation.

” This is a President who insulted Nigeria youths that they are lazy because of his incompetency to provide employment for the teeming youth of the country.

He berated APC led government under president Muhammadu Buhari saying it has destroyed the country.

“Let me ask you  do Nigerians voted for insecurity , Nepotism, economic woes  and unemployment, I hope the answer is no”.

He said Nigeria is at brink of collapse and it is only PDP that can rescue it

He divulged that with the signing of electoral act Nigerians now high sigh of relief to vote a competent leader of their choice.

Responding the Chairman of PDP in Sokoto State Bello Aliyu Goronyo  thanked the delegation for visiting Sokoto saying they should continue to canvass for more  support.

He stressed that who ever emerged as PDP presidential candidate of PDP would definitely become the president of this country.
