A federal high court sitting in Owerri, today nullified the impeachment of Imo deputy governor Eze Madumere.
The embattled deputy governor was illegally impeached by the state house of Assembly over allegations bothering on gross misconduct, reported The New Narrative Newspaper.
Recall that a court order in July this year, prevented Okorocha from swearing in Calistus Ekenze as Madumere’s replacement after the purported impeachment by a section of the Imo House of Assembly.
