The convener of “Project774forAtiku,” and visioner of the “Deservation” concept, Sani Adamu, has has called out at INEC saying the electoral umpire is dragging Nigeria towards a path similar to  the conundrum of Abiola’s June 12 elections annulment as a result of its frantic attempt at denying that it electronically used servers capture and store the 2019 general elections.

Sani, who made several reference to INEC’s 2017-2021 Strategic Programme of Action said, it is evident that the electoral body obtained, deployed servers to the thirty six state of the federation including the federal capital territory and that it in fact used it during the 2019 general elections.

In his remarks at a press briefing over the weekend in Yola, Adamawa state, Sani cautioned that INEC is dragging its name and the reputation of its institutions into a wrong side of history, if it continues to flaunt the rickety narrative of lack of servers, maintaining that the PDP and Atiku’s legal team have within their possession sufficient evidence to prove INEC wrong on the matter.

He said, “We are in a  situation  similar to the June 12th election of Chief Moshood Abiola.   “Atiku Abubakar is being denied     his victory by the combined force of the security agencies in Nigeria, the APC, the cabal and PMB.”

“In  our case, we are prepared to    wait. The  election tribunal must    complete this task within the 180     days allocated to it.

“That is why all the talks and    rigmarole by INEC about the   fundamental of the availability or otherwise of INEC SERVER  has taken turns for the worst.

“The truth is INEC has complete and complementary ICT System in place. “So, the question should shift from the availability of SERVER to whether INEC as a public institution is prepared to serve the people or to  serve the CABAL.”

Sani strongly submits that, “I wish to state without fear of contradiction, that INEC has indeed, procured, installed and deployed SERVERS in the 36 states of the Federation and the FCT.

“A part from the incontrovertible facts our legal team and IT experts have in their possession and ready to bring to the attention of the  Election Tribunal at the appropriate time.

“I wish to present to you another evidence, which is appropriately covered by the FOI law.  “I now wish to refer you to INEC    2017-2021 Strategic Programme of Action document page 5,  Serial  Number 1.4 and Key Action titled ‘’Improve ICT operational  deployment and utilisation’’    including Activities ‘SN’ 1.4.1 to    ‘SN’ 1.4.57 have captured all  the  essence of the SERVER    deployment by INEC.

“All of the activities have received the  required  approval and have been implemented  between first    quarter (Q1) of 2017 and the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2018.

“Specifically, based on Activities ‘SN’ 1.4.57  in the  Strategic  Programme of Action 2017-2021, the INEC leadership have received the approval for the transmission of electronic result to the collation centres.

“In the same vein, activities  SN’     1.4.16 indicated that INEC had    received the approval to procure    SERVERS for the 36 States & FCT  in the second quarter (Q2) of 2017 and completed it in the second quarter (Q2) of 2018.

“For the avoidance  of doubt, I  wish to show you a copy of the 2017-2021 Strategic Programme of Action documents, which dealt with the issues of ICT including the SERVERS, card readers and the electronic transmission of elections results.

Buttressing his point further, he said, “The PDP and Atiku Abubakar were smart enough, I repeat, smart  and patriotic enough to have prepared very well and received the required information about INEC and its affairs.

“Things were done early enough to take care of  the  inevitability of the effort by PMB the CABAL and now by INEC leadership to deny the real winner of the 2019 Presidential election, Atiku Abubakar.

Sani put forward that, “Yakubu had  in one of his briefings in preparation for the 2019 elections, publicly declared that and I quote ‘’We are pioneering and deploying  in the 2019 general elections, a new platform for the electronic collation and transmission of results  of the 2019 elections.’’

“The  implication for INEC leadership denying the availability of a SERVER and related ICT upgrade is indeed grave. It is a National disasters  waiting to happen.

“It will spell an end to    otherwise brilliant service records and accomplishment of Prof. Yakubu’s personality, and a disgrace to an important public and trusted institution like the INEC.

“While the battle is being fought at the election tribunal, we wish to inform Nigerians that INEC and its leadership can no longer be trusted.”

He cautioned that, “The leadership of INEC should know that INEC is a public institution run by Nigerians, who were patriotic enough to disclose the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Saying, “We are confident that our legal team is competent enough to bring to light all the facts the tribunal members will require to make an impartial judgement.

“We have full hope and faith in the Tribunal to do what is right, justice could be delayed, but impossible to be denied.

“We wish to assure you that only the truth will set this country free of the shackles of PMB, the cabals and the inept APC.

“We shall follow this matter to its    logical conclusion in fact even up to the Supreme Court, if necessary.”
