The Ogun State Football Association has commenced registration across gender for Under 13 and Under 15 football tournaments in the state located at southwestern Nigeria.
According to a release by the FA in the state, each of the four zones are to contact the football councils in its territory. The zones comprise of Remo, Ijebu, Egba and Yewa.
The zones are required to send to the Ogun State FA, the fixtures for matches, which will be run from August 4 to 16. Thereafter, there will be screening of players ahead of the finals to be played from August 22 to 31.
Meanwhile, the 2019 edition of the Kensington Adebutu competition will commence its Super Eight Knockout stage.
According to an announcement of the Ogun State FA, only chairmen of football councils will be allowed to lead teams to a screening exercise to be conducted on July 27 at the MKO Abiola Stadium, Abeokuta.
The announcement emphasized that coaches will not be allowed at the venue.
Each team is expected to come to the venue with pictures taken at the Zonal Preliminaries and the team list should be forwarded to the OGSFA secretariat on or before Friday, July 26.
