Naira appreciates further at official market Monday, closing N1, 452 to dollar –

Bids rates quoted by dealers at the market on Monday ranged from N 1,450.0000 to N1,457.0000 to the dollar.

The steady appreciation of the naira at the segment has been attributed to the stable macroeconomic environment in the country, monetary policies of the central bank and rising external reserves.

Meanwhile, the naira is being traded at the black market in Lagos between N1,480 and N1,490 to the dollar.
