The National Convention of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) held in Abuja resolved to zone the Party’s 2027 Presidential Ticket to the Southern part of Nigeria, with a firm assurance of immediate rotation back to the Northern part of the country in subsequent elections.
This major policy decision was announced today at the National Convention, in a move aimed at promoting equity, justice, and national unity within the party and the country.
The announcement was made in the presence of notable political leaders including His Excellency Peter Obi and His Excellency Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, among other distinguished guests.
