The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Kwara State, Engr. Suleiman Bolakale Kawu, is set to unveil his manifesto ahead of the 2027 governorship election.
The manifesto, titled “My Covenant with Kwara,” will be formally unveiled on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at the Arca Santa Event Centre, Ilorin, the state capital. The event is scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m.
This was disclosed in a statement issued by the Director-General of the Kwara PDP 2027 Campaign Organisation, Prince Omar Bolaji Gambari. The statement said the manifesto would outline Kawu’s vision and development agenda for the state ahead of the 2027 governorship election.
Meanwhile, the PDP candidate for the Kwara State House of Assembly representing Afon Constituency, Hon. Salman Ridwan Dan Sokoto, has called on residents of the constituency and other stakeholders to participate in the unveiling ceremony.
Dan Sokoto urged the people to support Kawu, describing him as a man of integrity and courage capable of advancing the state’s development. He expressed optimism that Kawu’s leadership would prioritise infrastructure development and address the humanitarian needs of the people. The call was contained in a statement issued by the media team of Hon. Salman Ridwan Dan Sokoto.
