APGA

By ONWUKWE EZERU

The special adviser to Abia State Governor on grass root mobilization Hon. Obinna Nwankwo has said that the memberships of two sons of Arochukwu Chief Chikwe Udensi and Dr. Alex Otti who are Governorship aspirants in the All Progressive Grand Alliance will not be a threat to the people’s democracy party in the local government area.

Nwankwo who stated this while chatting with our correspondent in Umuahia said “APGA is dead in Arochukwu local government area of Abia State”.

“APGA won the State Assembly Seat in Arochukwu in 2005 due to mass defection of PDP members to APGA as a result of impunity in PDP then.

In 2019, APGA can’t win again because those who left PDP for APGA have all come back to PDP.

On the second tenure of the member representing Ohafia/Arocukwu Federal Constituency at the National Assembly Hon. Uko Nkole, Nwankwo alleged that “Nkole has not performed well and therefore will not go again.

“The people of Arochukwu had meeting and agreed on one single tenure and that takes immediate effect. This time it’s the turn of Ohafia. The leaders of Arochukwu have taken their decision and that is all”.

“Hon. Nkole claims projects he did not attract. Projects attracted by Senator Mao Ohuabunwa like the repair of Igu bridge (Omenuko bridge), he claimed he attracted it. He only attracted elephant water project that may not be actualized before the 2019 election.

“My advice to all the delegates from Arochukwu and Ohafia is not to vote for Hon. Uko Nkole. He has failed to give his people quality representation. He is a bench warmer at the National Assembly. We have taken decision to vote for the aspirant from Ohafia bloc” he said.
